General Radiotelephone Operator's Certificate
The General Radiotelephone Operator's Certificate is required to be held by those persons who operate VHF aeronautical radio equipment in Aeronautical Radio Stations providing CAA Air Ground Communication Service at an aerodrome.
The General Radiotelephone Operator's Certificate is issued by ANCOM (National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications), based on an examination conducted at the end of a course.
The General Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate entitles holder to operate radiotelephone equipment in the Aeronautical Mobile Service.
To gain entry to Fly Level, you must meet entry requirements for your chosen course as listed below:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Good knowledge of English language
Course Location, Duration
1. Bucharest , Romania and
2. Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
Course duration: 30 hours, approximate 5 days
